Denierim

For the last 2 years, I haven't really gotten anything done in the papercraft department. I've just pretty much wasted all this time doing nothing... So, I'm planning on returning to the arena with this weekend's project. It will most likely be the only thing I post the rest of the year, as NaNoWriMo is lurking around the corner. I'll be extra busy next week working everything out for it, and then November is all about writing. And I've already decided I'll spend December just going through the story and trying to fix everything there is to fix etc. But, as I have nothing major planned for next year, I'll try and hop back on the papercraft b

I've been looking for a new long-term paper project and I think I found it over the weekend! I have a ton of fashion magazines lying around and I've wanted to make something out of them for the longest time. Then I came across hand bags and purses made out of paper. It's going to take ages to make, and it will definitely require patience but I'm well prepared for that. So I'm heading out shopping this coming weekend and I'll get busy! Other than that, I'm still trying to get back to 3D origamis. I've tried a lot of new projects so I feel I have neglected this beautiful art form for too long. Well, school is almost over! I have to return the last assignment tomorrow and then I'll be done with it! I won't get a degree, this whole school stuff is purely for fun, but it's been quite a ride. And I have to say, I respect everyone and anyone who manage to study for years while working. This one year of work and school has been enough to drive me to the deepest depths of stress... But tomorrow, after sending out my last assignment, freedom awaits! That means I'll really, seriously, try and spend more time here in deviantart and with art in general!
